Property Summary  
Peroj villa "Kliska" is a beautiful, two-story vacation rental located 3.5 km from the center of Fažana and 10 km from Pula in Vodnjan, Croatia. This private property offers a spacious 526 m2 fenced area with a lawn, wildlife garden, and an angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, available seasonally from May 1 to October 15) with an internal staircase. Enjoy outdoor amenities such as a shower, barbecue area, and pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. The villa also provides internet access, a washing machine, and parking for up to 3 cars.

The property boasts a delightful outdoor area, featuring a well-kept lawn and a charming wildlife garden. Relax and soak up the sun by the angular swimming pool, measuring 8 x 4 meters with a depth of 140 cm, which is available seasonally from May 1 to October 15\. The pool is equipped with an internal staircase for easy access. The 6-room villa spans over two levels and features a spacious living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning. This area leads to the garden and swimming pool. On the same floor, there are two rooms, each equipped with two french beds (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning, providing direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on this level. Upstairs, you'll find three additional rooms, each with a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning.

The villa is well-equipped with various amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Air conditioning is provided throughout the property, ensuring a comfortable stay. A washing machine is available for your convenience. You can enjoy outdoor grilling with the provided barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze. Pets are allowed, with a maximum of one pet or dog permitted. Satellite TV is available in multiple rooms, allowing you to catch your favorite shows.
