Majmajola is a beautiful single-family house located in a quiet and sunny position just 4 km from Vodnjan and 8 km from the sea in Pazin, Croatia. The property offers ample space on a 570 m2 fenced plot with a garden, angular swimming pool (25 m2, depth 140 cm, available from April 27 to September 28), terrace, and a barbecue area with a swing. Enjoy modern amenities like Internet WiFi, a washing machine, and parking on the premises during your holiday rental stay.

Bask in the Croatian sun on the private terrace or take a dip in the seasonal swimming pool. Fire up the barbecue and savor alfresco meals in the lush garden, complete with a relaxing swing. On the ground floor, you'll find a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, as well as an open kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, and freezer. There's also a separate room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/bidet/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The upper level consists of three additional rooms, each with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/bidet/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. One of these rooms provides direct access to a 10 square meter terrace, which is partly roofed and offers terrace furniture and deck chairs with a view of the swimming pool.

The property is well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, barbecue area, dishwasher, and pet-friendly accommodations allowing one small dog or pet.
