Property Summary  
Julija, a single-family house with two stories, offers a vacation rental in the hamlet of Grabovci, 11 km from the center of Vodice, Croatia. Situated in a sunny position, 8 km from the sea, and located by a road, the property boasts a private, fenced 3'500 m2 area with a 100 m2 lawn. It features a seasonal swimming pool (25 m2, depth 140 cm), available from April 1 to October 15.  
  
Outdoors  
The outdoor space is truly impressive, with an outdoor shower, a pool house equipped with a fridge, WC, and cooking stove, a table tennis setup, a boules area, an arbour (20 m2), a terrace (80 m2), garden furniture, a barbecue, and a children's playground with a slide and swing.  
  
Other Information  
The house includes internet access, a sauna, a hot tub, a table football game, a central heating system, and a washing machine. Additionally, a boat is available for an extra charge. Room cleaning services are offered upon request for an extra fee, and airport transfers can be arranged for an additional cost.

Parking for up to three cars is available on the premises. The property is conveniently located near various amenities, including a shop (10 km), a restaurant (8 km), a pebble beach (12 km), and a public bathing area (12 km). You will be staying in a 6-room house that spans over two levels, facing a north-east position. The living/dining room measures an impressive 78 square meters and is equipped with satellite TV (flat screen), a DVD player, and air conditioning. This room leads out to a terrace and the swimming pool area. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it also features air conditioning.

The vacation rental property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Air conditioning is provided throughout the house, ensuring you remain cool and refreshed. A washing machine is available for your laundry needs, and a barbecue is present for outdoor grilling. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher for your convenience. Pets are allowed, making it a pet-friendly accommodation. You can enjoy the private patio area and unwind while watching satellite TV. The bathrooms feature Jacuzzi bathtubs for a relaxing soak. Heating is available for colder days. Microwave and television sets are also provided. The maximum capacity of the property is 10 guests, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

A third room offers a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. Two additional rooms each have a French bed (150 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, with access to the terrace. There is also a bath/shower/bidet/WC on this level. The property features two terraces measuring 30 square meters in total, equipped with terrace furniture and deck chairs. Additional facilities include a safe, an iron, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided, and one pet/dog is allowed on the premises.
