The location is calm and green, while restaurants, supermarkets and the city centre are within a few minutes' walk. The sea is approximately 300 metres away, with fine pebble beaches, rocky sections and concreted plateaus.



In the surrounding area, water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, cycling, bocce, jogging and numerous other activities can be undertaken. Day trips to Krka, Kornati or Paklenica National Parks as well as cultural visits to Zadar are easily possible.



The apartment is ideal for a relaxed beach holiday, family holiday or active holidays in Northern Dalmatia. Pets are not allowed.
