the hotel is located in the center, on the 7th floor there are renovated rooms, no bar, the restaurant serves breakfast, the staff speaks little English

I booked this hotel for my father a few times as he likes to stay there. It’s all about the location. It’s very close to the city center as well as to the harbor and the train station. Decent breakfast and helpful stuff. There are a few good room options. The sea view seems to be his favorite. Many thanks for the stuff of Equator hotel to take care of my dad!

Close to Vladivostok's most popular street. Great location. The 8th floor is terrible. Smelly and too old. The 7th floor is renovated, clean and modern. Well equipped. Friendly staff

The hotel forgot to pick e up at the airport
I booked airport pickup through hotel.com message and I could see that they already read it. But when I arrived at the airport around 3AM, no one from the hotel showed up. And when I called the hotel, a woman answered it and said that they didn't have any reservation for my airport pick up. It's very disappointed. I had to go to the hotel by myself. From checking until checkout, everything's good. But still, when I asked receptionist why they didn't pick me up at the airport, they couldn't give me any answer.

가격대비 만족도 높음
객실 문 잠금장치가 열쇠로 열리는 것 한가지 뿐이고 별도의 고리가 없어서 조금 불안했습니다만 전반적으로 만족했습니다. 해양공원쪽 큰길에서 IMAX 영화관 뒤쪽에 있는 동상으로 올라가면 쉽게 올라갈 수 있습니다. 다만 큰 짐이 있을 때는 한블럭 안쪽의 높은 경사로로 걸어가거나 택시 이용 필수. 아르바트 거리, 수프라 식당, 스베틀란스카야 거리 모두 걸어서 10분 내에 이동할 수 있습니다. 공항 이동시 프론트에 택시예약 부탁하면 1100 루블에 막심택시 이용 가능합니다.

Well located hotel
Reasonable value and good location. Room was renovated and had a mini-fridge, though no airconditioning, which isn't really not an issue in Vladivostok. When checking out, they asked houkeeping to check on the condition of the room, which was unusual. Plenty of reasonable places for breakfast, so I would skip the hotel breakfast, which was a little on the expensive side (though I don't know what it was like).

Gave us room not as pictured!! They gave us a really bad room and so we asked for a different room but charged us too much!!! The desk clerk that day were very mean and not friendly. They also spoke very little English . Thanks to there manager we finally got a decent room! The room temperature was very chilly and asked to turn on the heater but instead got a radiator, which was not ideal!! They had some sort of Ac/heater system but they didn’t use it!! We were three people but they kept giving us two people things like towels and other stuff which was not great cause we had to ask for the stuff multiple times!

Old is fine with me as long as it’s clean and kept up. Our room smell like urine and floor was peeling and buckled up in different places. The staff was good.

Soviet style hotel full of Chinese tourists
It's a Soviet style hotel full of Chinese tourists. The rooms has been redisigned but all the furniture is old and partly broken. I lived on 9th flor and had no hot water in my room. It was horrible for money I payed for it.

가격, 위치면에서 아주 좋았어요. 시티뷰 스위트룸에 묶었는데 공간도 넓고 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터를 이용하려면 계단을 올라가야해서 캐리어를 옮기는데 살짝 힘들었어요.

Pretty nice
After reading the reviews here, I really expected the worst, but I actually had a nice stay. The room was charming and I didn't encounter any metal doors or noise issues -- just relative peace and quiet and good internet connection. Customer service is excellent by Russian standards. The checkin lady actually asked me would you like a room away from the big Chinese tour group and I was like um YES! lol. The "market" on ground floor is a bit weird and does not have true convenience foods, but the store 40 feet outside the hotel does. The free breakfast was really good but waaay too much food -- enough for a 350-pound wrestler. Location near waterfront and Svetlana St. can't be beat. Note if you are walking from the railway station -- stay along the waterfront to make your final approach to the hotel or else you will end up on a back street full of apartments looking right at the hotel, but with no way to cross the grassy slope and you'll have to go all the way around.

Dreadful place - never stay there
very old, scruffy and not safe, doors cannot close properly, dirty and horrible service. never stay there, expedia poeple should take it from the list . we gave up what we paid and went to Vlad Inn taht is nothing special but at least clean and good service is offered.

If you are a specialist mould collector
then this could be the hotel for you. Mouldy doors, mouldy walls, mouldy carpet, mouldy ceiling, ifyou love mould then you will be in your element. And if you don't like mould, you are certain the find a stain to suit our tastes. I've just spent 3 weeks backpacking through Russia. Every night bar one was spent in a hostel, and they were all better than this hole! Just pay the extra and go to a hotel where the cleaning staff actually clean. It's digusting,genuinely, and I say that as a man who spent 4 days in the same undercrackers.

Хороший отель в центре Владивостока.
Хороший отель в центре Владивостока.Удобное расположение. Быстрое заселение. Бронировали полулюкс, номер большой чистый.Белье белоснежное, постель мягкая. Ночью было идеально тихо, постояльцев в отеле в связи закрытием границ не много. Персонал отеля приятный,вежливый. Завтрак шведский стол, выбор небольшой, но хороший-каша,бульон куриный и мисо, творог со сметаной, пироги рыбный и шоколадный, наггецы,разная рыба, нарезка, салаты, мюсли, кимчи, омлет, яйца... Есть заварной кофе,чай. В целом очень понравилось,будем рекомендовать друзьям.

おすすめのホテル
部屋は広くて快適。 部屋の中には、コンセントがたくさんあるのでありがたい。 ベットの横にもコンセントがあるので、寝ながらの充電もOK。 バスルームには、バスタブがあり日本人にはありがたい。 ウォシュレットはないが、トイレ専用のシャワーはあった。 2000Wの強力なドライヤーもある。 電熱タイプのタオルハンガー？もあった。 バスローブもある。 高台に立っているので、部屋からはスポーツ湾が一望できる。 館内にある売店は小さいながらも、飲食物、お土産と充実していた。 何よりもフロントの女性スタッフが良かった。 言葉の壁があったが、携帯の翻訳アプリを使い嫌な顔しないで対応してくれた レイトアウト、タクシー手配の提案は助かった。 日本人にはまだ名前があまり知られていないが、ホテル選びに迷ったら、ぜひ泊まっていただきたい。

Hotelli näyttää ulospäin vaatimattomalta mutta sisätilat sekä huoneet hyvät. Hyvä kauppa alakerrassa ja hyvä aamiainen. Lisäksi ravintolasta sai monipuolista ja hyvää. Venäläistä ruokaa edulliseen hintaan. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta.
