Casa anno 1885 is a sophisticated villa located in a quiet settlement adjacent to Vižinada, in the picturesque interior of Istria. The villa is half of a semi-detached house and features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 people. The interior space covers 110 m², while the yard is 200 m² and fenced. Enjoy the saltwater pool surrounded by Mediterranean landscaping and take in the beautiful views while cooking in the summer kitchen and dining alfresco for a relaxing break from the city with family and friends.  
  
  
  
The villa's ground floor features an elegantly decorated space with a living room, kitchen and dining room. The rooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, perfect for taking a break from sunbathing by the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that will allow you to prepare your own specialities in no time. A large dining table for 6 people is ideal for enjoying lunch or dinner together, and a high chair for children is also available.  
  
  
  
The house has 2 bedrooms, with 1 on the 1st floor and 1 on the 2nd floor. The first bedroom has a large double bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Both rooms are designed for privacy and relaxation, with a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a television set and an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor. The en-suite bathrooms are modern with shower cubicles, hairdryers and toiletries. Comfortable bathrobes are provided for an even more relaxing experience.  
  
  
  
The courtyard is tastefully landscaped, with a light stone and gravel base complemented by fragrant Mediterranean herbs and a wooden sunbathing area. However, the highlight is undoubtedly the fabulous view of the surrounding countryside. The 28 m² pool is filled with salt water and can be heated for an additional fee. Deck chairs surround the pool, allowing you to soak up the Istrian sun. Next to the pool, there is a unit with outdoor wellness facilities. After using the Finnish sauna and relaxing in the hot tub, you will feel as good as new. The villa has a summer kitchen equipped with a gas grill, perfect for preparing meals in a gentle breeze. Additionally, there is a covered terrace with a dining table, providing a great place to hang out late into the night. Leisure facilities such as darts are also available and the villa's concierge maintenance service is on hand to make your holiday even better.  
  
  
  
To explore the pearls of Istria, start from Vižinada. This picturesque hilltop town is typical of the interior of Istria. Take a walk through the old town and enjoy the view of the surrounding hills. Wine lovers will enjoy the family wineries, and recreational cyclists can ride the 123-kilometer section of the renovated Parenzana railway. If you choose to venture a little further, it's only a 20-minute drive to the charming town of Motovun. Here, you'll find the best-preserved medieval fortress in Istria, which boasts 26 protected cultural monuments. For coastal beauty, visit the nearby towns of Poreč and Novigrad and discover their hidden coves with crystal-clear waters.
