### La Queue Rousse Cottage - Historic Home with Fireplace and Enclosed Garden

Ground floor: kitchen with dining area and bread oven, living/dining room with fireplace, 1 bedroom (160 cm bed) with shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, shower room with toilet.   
Covered terrace, arbor, barbecue, 2 hectares of land reserved for the gîte, including 1000 m² enclosed with portico and parking. Garage, sun loungers, 2 bicycles, table tennis.   
Baby equipment: bed, high chair, bathtub, potty, booster seat, stair gate, playpen.   
Board games, mini-stereo. Internet access via 4G box.   
Table linen provided. Wood provided for a fire, electricity to be paid on site upon reading.   
Pets accepted with prior agreement of the owner. Independent cottage, set up in a renovated old house with land and enclosed garden, near a picturesque village 15 km from the nautical base of the Lacs de Haute Charente.
