O hotel é perfeito. Instalações muito boas. Ganhei um upgrade de quarto, o que me surpreendeu de uma maneira muito positiva. Todos os funcionários súper educados e prestativos, procurando sempre se esforçar para atender da melhor maneira. Recomendo muito esse estabelescimento.

Localização e café da manhã bons. Ficamos no apto do quarto andar, vista da piscina. Pequeno, sem mesa de cabeceira. Apenas água (paga) na geladeira. Não tinha sabonete no banheiro. Ar condicionado modelo antigo. Bate sol a manhã todo mas tem cortina.

O Hotel Espadarte é perfeito. As acomodações são muito confortáveis. A área de lazer é ótima tanto para adultos quanto para crianças. Possui uma piscina aquecida que é uma maravilha.O Hotel possui atendimento na praia, com opções de stand up e pedalinho para os hóspedes, além de servir bebidas e petiscos. Os funcionários são muito prestativos, educados e simpáticos. O restaurante é espetacular. Tem um cardápio bem variado e a comida é muito boa. O café da manhã é bem servido e farto. Não tenho nada a reclamar. Somente elogios!

#### Fim de semana com crianças 

Viagem com filhos pequenos, acomodações impecavelmente limpas, staff muito bom, áreas externas muito conservadas e aptas à diversão de adultos crianças, restaurante excelente, tudo muito gostoso. O único senão foi a falta de salva-vidas na piscina e muitos hóspedes sem máscara no período de pandemia.

Perfeito. Apenas deixo como sugestão trocar as pias de mármore dos banheiros por cubas a fim de otimizar o espaço. A ceia de Natal estava ótima.

#### Boa estadia com pontos a melhorar

A estrutura do hotel é boa, porém como fui durante a semana alguns serviços não foram ofertados pelo hotel em sua totalidade, o que não é discriminado na hora de venderem o pacote. Os atendentes não foram precisos nas informações, mas o vendedor de côcos na praia se encarregou de nos dar todas as informações necessárias, inclusive algumas relacionadas ao hotel, como área de entrada de banhistas, etc. O serviço de praia durante a semana não é ofertado em sua totalidade e a área kids estava inutilizada. As piscinas funcionaram sem as cascatas apresentadas no site, a alegação dos atendentes era que não estavam funcionando. Mas fora os contratempos acima a estadia foi boa, a vista perfeita do mar e o pôr do sol compensam as falhas profissionais. Espero poder voltar algum dia para um final de semana a fim de aproveitar o hotel em sua totalidade.
