Customer service was above and beyond. Very attentive to every need and every question we had. Rooms were clean upon arrival, and very spacious which is rare to come upon when booking a hotel. Definitely recommend for your future stay

Normally is five starts, however in my last trip, front desk provide a room 113, and another guess was there, terrible mistake, we have to apologized to the person that was there, then they provided room 115, and 2 hours later another guess open the door, and he has to apologized to me.
I can’t believe front desk had two mistakes in the same day, after that I did not have the confidence someone else will open the door of my room. Unacceptable mistakes
