This 4 bedroom villa has a spacious open plan design, as well as a games room for your entertainment. Enjoy the picturesque landscape or take a cool dip in the swimming pool. With less than 10 minutes’ drive to the historic town of Visnjan, soak up the Croatian lifestyle with authentic restaurants and traditional coffee shops to try, or be swept away by the ocean breeze along the stunning coastline of Porec only 25 minutes’ drive away. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms is included.  
  
Situated in the picturesque rural countryside, Villa Zupan is surrounded by a breathtaking view of a working vineyard. Noted as one of the most scenic areas of the Istria region, the local village of Diklici is great for hiking or cycling directly from the villa. Only 5 minutes’ drive away, discover the rich history of Visnjan offering traditional cuisine and charming coffee bars. Indulge your tastebuds with local wine from one of the inviting vineyards in the surrounding area or take a 25 minute drive to the rustic coastlines and beaches located in the popular resort of Porec.
