On the first day, there was a dead fish swimming with me in the pool. No staff is around the pool to notice the dead fish and it took them time to react to mark the pool closed for maintenance.
The handicap/ family toilet health faucet was cut and broken. I took my son and was unable to clean him. I then took him to the make toilet and the flush knob was broken. This was fixed temporarily by the cleaner and the next day i found it broken again.
The in room dining were just not ready to serve my water in glass bottles as were available in the dining area. Took me a lot of arguments to get it done.
The front desk have complementary golf at the EastPoint golf club. It took them 12 hours and repeated reminders to give me a letter to take with me to the golf club, which i was told was completely free.
OH NO!!! It is not free and they dont know of any agreement. Upon calling the front desk they now tell me only Entry is free, WHILE THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE.
The managers are just clueless. its a worst place to stay... though the building and view is good, the staff are clueless.
There is no shower facility near the swimming pool... they have to walk on floor (slipping and falling health risk) to a rest room which was stinking the first day... then walk back on the wet floor.
I have given them feedback to place a mat and hope they'll act on it before disaster srtikes someone.
