If you're looking for a special getaway, Casa Do Lago is the place for you! This waterfront home on the canal features a private swimming pool and its very own concrete boat ramp and dock, making it one of the few Sandbridge homes where you can actually launch your own watercraft.

This house boasts an abundance of high-end features, from the honed travertine tile floors to the custom-glazed cabinetry and granite countertops. The ground floor offers a spacious game room with a pool table and a TV, a laundry room, a half-bath, and a primary bedroom suite complete with an LED TV.

Head upstairs to find the other four bedrooms, including three more primary suites with LED TVs. Also on the second floor are a great room with an oversize sectional sofa and an open kitchen and dining room.

The luxury amenities carry to the outside, where you can take a refreshing dip in the in-ground swimming pool or relax poolside with a lemonade on Trex decking. Want to fish and crab in the Back Bay? Casa Do Lago is one of the few Sandbridge homes with a private concrete boat ramp and a dock, so there's no need to drive to the nearest boat ramp (10 miles) or pay marina fees.

Beach-goers can take advantage of the short walk to direct beach access on Tuna Lane. Go early in the day to see a spectacular sunrise and you might even spot a dolphin or two frolicking in the ocean.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved the house, the pool, the beach, the boat ride, the bike rides, the neighborhood and the family atmosphere. We are already missing it. For sure we will be back there next year☀️

The layout and features of this home are great. But it needs a much more thorough cleaning between rentals. My impression is that linens are changed and dishes are put away and that’s pretty much it. If cleaning could be more intensive, I would highly recommend this home

Although this house is in a great location on the canal and a short walk to the beach…skip it and keep searching. Multiple issues with the home during our week long stay. To list a few…lower level bathroom shower head not working, no hot water in lower level bathroom shower, mold in upper bathrooms, missing pool handrail, broken and unusable bbq grill, game room equipment broken and unusable, broken handrail on front staircase, upper level central air conditioner stopped working on final day. With that said, the response team at Sandbridge Realty and their contracted plumber and hvac technicians were great. Came out to the house and handled the issues that they were dispatched for. The Sandbridge response team was professional and courteous…they should be commended. Unfortunately, having these techs out to the house cost us time during our vacation. It’s obvious that the homeowner has little to no interest in maintaining and making small home repairs, only in profiting from the rental. These repairs could have been avoided before they became larger issues that needed to be dealt with during our stay. We look forward to hearing from Sandbridge Realty to discuss this further. Bottom line…don’t choose Casa Do Lago.

The property was as described and kitchen stocked with more than enough essentials for cooking family meals. The location is within a 20 minute drive to groceries and entertainment and a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. The sound side provided its own entertainment with a flock of ducks and geese daily (not nuisance but very entertaining to watch across the sound). The pool was well maintained. We reach out to Vacasa (the home property manager) to correct some items after arrivingThey stated they’d add to the list but no one ever came during our stay. One included lights not working in one bedroom. Thankfully this was corrected by adjusting remote dip switches. The outer doors and one bedroom door drag the floor, the deck railings need pressure washing and the front steps desperately need overgrown landscaping trimmed. The pool stick mounts were off the wall. Outside sliding door missing lock. One smoke detector inoperable and on table upon arrival. Bathroom and living room lights out. Sprayer in kitchen is not attached to counter top. The grass had just been cut but was piled high from mower trimmings. None are major. But it needs a day or two of TLC by the property management company. I have 4 out of 5 but would have given 5. Hopefully Vacasa will take care of these items before the next family arrives. Overall the home was lovely and we enjoyed the large kitchen and dining area that seated everyone at the same table during our meals. Thank you Casa do Lago.

Location on bay was good and enjoyed the pool. But the post from May with all the issues are still issues and not fixed. Fans and lights not working in some rooms, downstairs master bedroom dripped from AC onto bed, pool liner sagging, the first time we ran the dishwasher it poured all over the kitchen floor and after 2 sets of maintenance people it was fixed to a manageable leak but still water. Internet and TV gave out by Thursday and the biggest frustration was that we got less than 72 hours notice that we couldn’t check in on Saturday because it wouldn’t be cleaned till Sunday so we lost a day of our vacation. This house is not well stocked in the kitchen and would say this property is a bit dated and not cleaned to the level we expected. Lastly this house has a launch but don’t expect to fit a normal trailer/truck through it, we had to launch jet skis at the public campground a distance away. I don’t normally write reviews but would like the issues to be truly fixed so that the next renter gets what they paid for.

Nice home but needs some routine maintenance. Some TVs didn't work right. Had to troubleshoot the WIFi. Lights didn't work in dining room. Lower level shower didn't work right. Fence in yard is broken. House is in need of interior and exterior painting. Exterior stair railings need attention. Pool liner is coming loose in several areas. The house definitely needs some attention.
