Nestled within the exclusive Sandbridge section of Virginia Beach, this condo offers a serene retreat at The Sanctuary at False Cape Condominium community—an ideal haven for beachcombers and those longing for romantic walks along the shoreline. The beautifully designed kitchen, featuring granite countertops and ceramic tile flooring, is a perfect focal point for your stay. Whether you’re enjoying your first cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset, the balcony provides the perfect spot to take in breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Elegantly furnished, this condo includes free WiFi, TVs, and access to three private pools—one with an oceanfront swim-up bar—as well as grilling stations surrounded by lush landscaping. For quieter moments, retreat to the cozy library with plush chairs and a curated book selection, or stay active in the state-of-the-art exercise room equipped with treadmills, plasma TVs, and weights. Once you experience Beach Escape, you may never want to leave! Things to Know The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings and making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
