Neptune’s Castle is the ultimate in oceanfront luxury - a rare corner, two-story, oceanfront penthouse with four bedrooms, an open floor plan, and panoramic views of the Atlantic. It's unbelievably spacious, with two wraparound balconies for oceanside dining, entertaining, dolphin-watching, and relaxing.

Nestled in a prime location, Neptune’s Castle is an exquisite two-story corner penthouse that offers unparalleled views of the ocean and sunsets over the back bay. With two expansive wrap-around balconies, this stunning residence brings the beauty of coastal living right to your doorstep. Neptune’s Castle is full of recent updates that include new flooring, new furniture, and new decor. From the open and welcoming foyer to the oversized, luxurious living areas, the designer furnishings have been selected for comfort, elegance, and ease of use.

The fabulous kitchen boasts top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a conveniently placed 19-inch TV for the chef of the family. There's plenty of oceanfront seating in the dining room, free high-speed WiFi for your convenience, and a 52-inch HDTV with surround sound and a DVD player for your after-dinner entertainment.

All four bedrooms have TVs and three of the four are paired with private bathrooms. The primary suite is on the second floor, offering elegant furnishings, a magnificent private balcony overlooking the ocean, a bathroom with a vaulted ceiling, a tiled walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. The garage storage area is available for beach toys and equipment.

The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which also includes a children’s playground; tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts; and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
