Step onto the private balcony to enjoy fresh air and ocean breezes. From the building, guests have direct access to the boardwalk, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, entertainment, and the beach. The Space: The condo sleeps up to four with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and dishware. A dining table is available for meals or planning daily activities. Wi-Fi and two televisions are included, along with bed linens and towels. On-site amenities include a heated indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room. Coin-operated laundry is available in the building, and one parking space is provided per unit. Guest Access: Please check in at the Front Desk upon arrival and indicate that you are arriving as a Timeshare Rental Guest. We loved the condo! When we first arrived check in was easy. The parking garage was right across the street. My only con was the bathroom, there was toothpaste on the wall and faucet. I cleaned that and after that it was all good! Has everything you need. Both the pull out couch and the king size bed was comfortable enough! The view spectacular!! We had so much fun and felt safe. Plenty of room For my little family! The condo staff was nice and very helpful. The beach is so close! Hardly had to walk much to get to the beach. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.
