With a secluded walkway directly from the backyard to the side street, the beach is two minutes away. A perfect beach vacation for families with children or couples in a quiet neighborhood. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full and 1 half baths. 3-cars parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Two decks, where you can enjoy a nice breeze or prepare a gourmet meal on a grill. High Speed Wi-Fi. Three TVs with Roku players for live TV and application streaming. It was so nice having a walking path right out of the back yard onto the sleepy side street (maybe saw 2 cars pulling into drive ways the whole week, otherwise no cars). The property is as described. Ocean very close, easy walk and not in traffic, very nice and easy. The beach is very spacious and you are away from the hotels so very nice. It is a public beach but it is maintained fabulously and is very very clean. There are cute crabs playing in the sand and there’s room to spread out. I enjoyed the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream shop and Kroger is 12 minutes away if you like to cook. House was very spacious, multiple decks, outdoor space. Communication and check in was very good. I would recommend this place for adults or kids. The house was clean and avalible with no trouble. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. Close to the beach. Beautiful beach with very few people, which was lovely. Saw dolphins jumping the waves from the shore! Kitchen amenities maybe a little sparse if you're planning to cook at the house but otherwise great! New looking very clean bathrooms! Beautiful sunrises, dolphin watching, boogie boarding, and just chillin' in quiet neighborhood setting. 3-story house layout really worked well for us. Separate downstairs larger bedroom, bath, and laundry area with outside patio/backyard area that was very inviting. Loved having the outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand. Both middle and top level had outdoor patios to catch some rays! Enjoyed garage full of treasures, like cooler, bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and more--that was a bonus! I was amazed by the amount of beach gear - chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys and even a SUPER helpful beach cart since there is a VERY short walk and we had 4 kids with us!!! While this isn’t a newly renovated and fancily decorated and furnished rental, it has everything you need and is SPOTLESS. I even moved the bunk bead upstairs to put the top bunk sheet on - not one piece of trash, dirt or dust behind that bed! I highly recommend you stay!!! ##### Jennifer R. It was very nice to take advantage of the low season rates, and now we definitely want to come back in the summer! The house is super close to the beach. The owners were very responsive to all our needs. The house is beautifully decorated with everything you need; spacious, very clean, very well organized and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked; we had absolutely everything we needed and more. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and coolers in the garage.
