This expansive suite includes a queen bed, a twin over twin bunk bed with trundle, and a top-of-the-line roll-away bed, comfortably accommodating up to six children in this fabulous retreat. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. This Penthouse Paradise welcomes extended stays! Check with the extended stay team to learn more about rates and discounts. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Our timing was not good. The building was under Construction, elevators were not working and while we knew the pools were not going to be open none of the other outside amenities were Available. Tables and grills, were one area we Had hoped to use. Our peaceful beach week was backed by the soundscape of construction. It was a slight disappointment. Also note parking is not for the faint of heart if you are driving anything bigger than a compact car. With 6 in our party I drove an Expedition and I had to do an extortionist act trying to get out of the car. The place has potential, unfortunately our timing was way off so we sadly overpaid for a 5 day work out to visit the beach. (Note bring a foldable wagon to get your things from your car to the condo!) ##### Sheri G.
