THE SPACE

The Ocean Beach Club / Oceanaire complex offers many amenities including Outdoor pools, Indoor heated pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Firepit, 10th floor Lounge and Sundeck overlooking the Ocean, a 17th floor Ocean View Fitness Center, a Game Room and daily planned activities. There is also a poolside Tiki bar and Café (open seasonally), and many nearby restaurant choices with outdoor and indoor seating

This Cayman Deluxe 3BR/3BA Oceanfront Penthouse unit has 3 direct Oceanfront balconies (accessible from Living Room, Dining Room, and 2 bedrooms). That means all balconies directly overlook the Boardwalk, Beach, and Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the spectacular views while drinking your coffee in the morning or enjoying a beverage of choice in the evening.

At the end of each day, gather the family together to enjoy your favorite movie or whip up a quick snack in your fully-equipped Kitchen, which includes Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, Dishwasher, full sized Refrigerator, and Dining Table with seating for up to six (6) persons.

The Living Room has floor to ceiling windows offering expansive views of the Boardwalk, Beach, and Ocean, with a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

The 3BR suite provides the privacy of separate bedrooms...

- Master Bedroom has a King size bed, Lounge Chair, Bathroom, and access to a large Oceanfront Balcony.

- 2nd bedroom features a Queen size bed, a Table with 2 chairs, and a Kitchenette with Mini Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffeemaker, and Sink.

- 3rd bedroom features a King size bed, a Table with 2 chairs, and a Kitchenette with Mini Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffeemaker, and Sink. This bedroom has an Oceanfront balcony.

This suite accommodates up to eight (8) persons and features multiple TV's (including each Bedroom), and a 42” plasma TV and DVD player in the living room.

The location of Ocean Beach Club is on the north end of the VB Boardwalk, and near many restaurants and bars. At the resort and surrounding properties, you will find outdoor seating and lounging areas (some with fire pits). Live music is frequently available during the evenings on the Boardwalk right next to the resort, in addition to other music venues you will find up and down the 3-mile Boardwalk.

You can enjoy walking or riding your bike on the 3-mile boardwalk.

Or if you want to visit other attractions nearby the Ocean Breeze Water Park is only 10 minutes away. This is also a relatively convenient location from which to schedule day trips to tour nearby Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown, or visit Busch Gardens / Water Country.

GUEST ACCESS

Your unit is private, but since this is a Resort Hotel property, amenities will be shared with other Guests (Pools, Hot Tub, Roof Deck, Fire Pit, Gym, etc)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in. Your security deposit will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.

- Ocean Beach Club is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Vacation Club. The Front Desk is staffed 24/7 for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance. They are there to help so please don’t hesitate to contact them during your stay.

- Please note that once you Check In and get access to your unit, if you encounter any issues or concerns regarding Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc…please contact the Front Desk / Office IMMEDIATELY. The staff members on-site provide the best opportunity to get any concerns resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner.

- You are guaranteed a 3BR/3BA (sleeps 8) Cayman Penthouse unit with 3 direct Oceanfront balconies, but please note that the photos provided are representations of decor and furnishings provided but the actual unit is assigned by the resort at Check-in.

- This is a FLOATING unit type. What that means is that you are guaranteed an OCEANFRONT 3BR/3BA, but your unit location will be on the 17th or 18th floors (there are only two unit types like this in the building). Although you can never be guaranteed a specific location the Front Desk will usually try to accommodate requests if they can.

- Two FREE parking pass is included with this unit, but the Ocean Beach Club / Oceanaire complex does not have direct onsite parking. There is a Parking Garage across the street where you will park and be given a parking key card to use during your stay. If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee.

- Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk. Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring some of your own if you have a favorite pillow or blanket.

- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do personally recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed.

- Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis. However, if you or your family owns and likes larger beach towels, I recommend bringing them, along with any other beach blankets / chairs / umbrellas / equipment you want at the beach. If you don’t bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, equipment, etc you can rent them on the beach out in front of the facility.

- Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, shampoos, etc are all provided. If you need more during your stay you can contact the Front Desk and they can provide them. We have never personally had an issue receiving the supplies we needed. There is also a Harris Teeter grocery store conveniently located within a few minutes from the facility if you want to shop for any groceries or personal items you want during your stay.

- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However, the Front Desk can provide a vacuum, or broom and dustpan, to use in your unit if you wanted it. Washers and Dryers are also available (at no additional charge) on alternating floors for guests to use if desired. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the Front Desk.

- For trash disposal during your stay, there are utility rooms with trash chutes located on every floor. Just open the door and drop your trash bag down the chute. If you need more trash bags you can request those as well from the Front Desk.

- Ice machines are available on every other floor

- If you or any members of your family enjoy bike riding, I strongly recommend taking your own bikes (if you have the means to do so). Virginia Beach was designed with a special bike path along the Boardwalk to cater to bike riders. It's possible to use bikes as your main means of transportation during the week to travel up and down the Boardwalk, and around town. Remember to take your bike locks so you can lock up your bikes at the bike rack each night.

- There is a Virginia Beach Coupon booklet available pretty much everywhere in vending type machines along Atlantic Ave, including the Front Desk / Lobby at pretty much all the properties in VB. In this booklet you can find some coupons that offer decent discounts on food, entertainment, and equipment purchases (like bike rentals if you are not able to bring your own).

- Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's Front Desk will also ask for this information when you check in, but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.

- This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NEVER required.
