Convenient access to surfing, beach, boardwalk, restaurants, nightlife, etc! Two story home with original hardwoods throughout - fully outfitted kitchen with large island and 2 stool, downstairs master bedroom with king bed and on-suite bath with double headed shower, ceiling fan, smart TV, and slider to outdoor patio. On same level is a large living room with gas stone fireplace with access to a second outdoor patio. Dining room seats 8\. Laundry room downstairs with large screened in porch and skylights facing the golf course! Breezeway with wet bar includes mini-fridge! Internal stairway off the dining room leads to two large bedrooms with a Jack & Jill Bathroom. Facing the golf course is a bedroom with two queen beds with canti-lever balcony. Second bedroom upstairs has a king bed with private balcony overlooking driveway. Jack and Jill Bath is fully tiled with a shower/tub combo - two sinks.
