Welcome to this freshly furnished four-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse nestled just steps from the Virginia Beach boardwalk, Sports Center, Convention Center, Atlantic Wave Park, and Dome Entertainment venue. Named for its location on the south end of the oceanfront in the charming Old Beach neighborhood, this home sits within the ViBe Creative District toward the South end of Virginia Beach resort district. Envision a hustling neighborhood feel nesteled in a vibrant hub of arts, culture, and local flavor. Coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and boutiques are all found within minutes of the front door.  
  
New to the rental scene as of August 2025, this three-story townhome has been designed to blend breezy coastal charm with modern comfort and playful touches. Located just five blocks from public beach access and boardwalk (about a five to ten minute stroll), it offers easy proximity to some of the city's most beloved local businesses.

Upon arrival, you enter through the main back entrance. You walk into the bright main living quarters and open-concept kitchen which is fully stocked for up to 8 people. The expansive layout from the living area and kitchen flows into the upscale dining room, laundry room, and the powder room half bath also located on the first level of this townhome.  
  
The staircase leads to the second floor, home to three of the four bedrooms. Immediately to your right of the staircase, the primary king bedroom with its own private balcony beckons. The primary suite features a California King Purple Mattress and bedside charging stations, while two additional queen bedrooms provide cozy accommodations. The spacious hallway bathroom offers dual sinks and a separate toilet and shower-tub area. The shower and toilet privacy door makes it a bit easier for multiple guests to use the bathroom at once.  
  
The third floor invites relaxation and play. A twin bedroom, a full bathroom, and a loft-style game zone await. Arcade games, a plush bean bag, and blackout-friendly closet space for little ones' sleeping needs create a versatile retreat for all ages.  
  
Smart TVs are provided in two of the four bedrooms, and ceiling fans are installed throughout. Fresh linens and two bath towel sets per bedroom are included with each reservation. Free WiFi is provided, and two private onsite parking spaces offer rare convenience near the beach. Additional parking options — including city lots and garages — are available at low overnight or weekly rates.  
  
The boardwalk, beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife are all easily reached on foot or by bike. Family-friendly attractions, shopping, and entertainment venues are nearby, making it simple to plan for every member of your group. Beach gear, bikes, and baby equipment rentals are available upon request. All rentals are delivered prior to arrival and collected after departure — allowing guests to pack light and settle in with ease.
