The beach and boardwalk is just a short walk and your feet are in the sand, and it’s just the right distance away from the busy boardwalk for peaceful evenings Entering the townhome, you will notice high-end designer furnishings and linens, yet with a casual laid back feel, to transport you into a magical beach retreat. 1st floor: Queen Bedroom memory foam mattress, high-end linens, blackout drapes, sound machine, smart tv, ceiling fan and private full bathroom down the hall. 2nd floor: light and bright Open floor plan, great room and kitchen with upgraded features such as hardwood floors and granite countertops. They provide beach towels, chairs, and umbrella, and a wagon to cart everything down to the beach, which is 3 blocks away. Communication with the owners was excellent. They came to repair a bicycle tire during our stay. They even offered to mail an inexpensive item that we left behind. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and a brewery right next door. We enjoyed riding on the oceanfront bike path. There were movies and live music in the evenings. A coffee connoisseurs paradise with numerous unique coffee shops all within walking Distance. Great Brewery with beer garden in back yard that is quaint and neighborly. Construction on new $335 million Surf Park/Entertainment Venue is now in progress; the upside is very little traffic because many roads are blocked. Bikes provided by hosts made it fun and quick to access the beach, restaurants, shops, and pavilion (you don't want to miss the Farmers Market on Saturdays).
