It was clean and ready to go…once we were able to get in. When we arrived, we could not get in. We thought we were given the wrong keys. It took about 90 minutes for maintenance to arrive and let us in. It was cold and we had children that were tired after an 8 hour car ride. They were kind and informed us that the locks were swollen and wd40 would help. It did. The refrigerator and freezer did not work but there were smaller refrigerators that we used while we were there. The place was beautiful, clean, and overall we had a great time with a beautiful view. ##### Gladys G. Ice is a must! stereo in condo not working? The pool for our place was closed, so there was 1 pool filled with kids and because the other pool was closed, the adult swim bar pool had kids which should never be permitted. The hot tub hasn't worked since covid which was 2 years ago, so why have it advertised if not available. Definetely improvements needs to be made for the cost that is expected. ##### Beth L. The check-in process was challenging because we had a hard time locating the realtor's office and the property was so big it was hard to navigate at first. We were on the fourth floor with an elevator nearby but couldn't find any luggage racks so had to make several trips up and down. My husband is disabled so I, the wife, had to make all of the trips. The biggest issue was that there was roof work being done the whole week. After three days of pounding and drilling we couldn't stand the noise anymore so left two days early.
