This large (over 5,000 sq. ft. of interior space and over 1,200 sq. ft. of decking) fabulous three-level vacation home has every amenity for you to enjoy! Consider the spacious third-floor well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and two dishwashers, with glistening hickory hardwood floors and Signature Omega cabinetry. The beautifully furnished great room has deck access overlooking the large in-ground sport pool and dock. A breezy porch offers additional dining options and a great place for an afternoon siesta or enjoying a cup of coffee. Two bedrooms on the third floor each with private baths include a king main suite and a double queen bedroom. One of the two laundry rooms is located on the third level, with the second laundry room on the middle level. Four additional bedrooms (all bedrooms have TVs) are located on the second floor, each with private baths. There is a large gathering room with a pool table, TV, mini-fridge, ice maker, and 5.1 Sound System for loads of fun and relaxation. You can access the huge decks from two of the bedrooms, as well as the gathering room. Lots of lounging furniture to take advantage of sunbathing or cooling off from the sun. We had a great time because of the occasion. We know how to make the best out of less than ideal circumstances. The outside of the house was fithly, the sliding glass doors, screens, deck’s & balconies and front door were in need of power washing. The old greasy grill needed to be replaced. Thanks to Misty England the grill was replaced with a brand new one. The elevator didn’t work, but the maintenance team came to fix it so my elderly members could use it. The lawn was not cut or trimmed, the pool area was cluttered with dust, spider webs, etc. The pool maintenance team came on the third day of my 4 day vacation to clean the pool and refill the jacuzzi in the middle of our celebration. The two men did a good job with minimal interference. However, it should have been scheduled with me. The ice maker in the kitchen did not work. Despite these issues, my family made the best of a less than ideal situation. The Vacasa team did their best.This house is wonderful but ownership needs to make sure it is thoroughly cleaned & power washed, grass cut, elevator operative, pool and jacuzzi fully functional and clean—-otherwise charge less because I feel a partial refund is warranted given the series of inconveniences, and limited use of balconies, decks, lawn areas, pool and jacuzzi because the areas were not cleaned or properly prepared for our usage. ##### Anthony L S. This was by far the lowest quality property for the money we have rented. Here are some specifics: 1\. As other reviewers have noted - this property needs a deep cleaning and more maintenance. Most visible surfaces were clean but if you look closely under beds, on doors, around furniture and other areas it is dirty. Furniture needs cleaning. 2\. Communicating with Vacasa is horrible. You speak with a general customer service agent and get no accurate information. I reached out to get details about the pool and elevator. It took several days to get a response and the information was not accurate. You are not allowed to speak to the actual office in Virginia Beach - and I specifically asked on multiple occasions. 3\. The elevator is useless. There are steps to get into the property and on every floor. The elevator barely fit my son's wheelchair - he is 10 - and me. An adult in a full size wheelchair would never fit - or even be able to access the house because the stairs going in. It stopped working completely on our last day and we had to carry our 10 yr wheelchair bound son down 4 levels. ##### Jacinta C.
