With a first-floor, King-bed room and two upstairs, queen-bed rooms, the Carriage House can comfortably host up to 6 guests. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, it’s own thermostat and central A/C and heating unit, and a fully-stocked coffee bar. The front door opens to an intimate and cozy foyer and dining area and continues into an expansive living room with a 50" TV and a wood burning fireplace. Three arched carriage doors open to the outside, allowing guests to enjoy an indoor-outdoor space from the foyer or living room. Enjoy a match of tennis or pickle ball on our secluded tennis court, or play a round of bocce ball on our charming grounds (equipment included). We rented the carraige house for 4 days as we were hosting a baby shower for daughter with the attached Manor House in the Wine Celler. The owners made the experience very easy as we were planning from across country. The carraige house was perfect for the family as had 3 master suites, with ample room to hang out in living area. The property was very clean and had a lovely boardwalk down to the water. All of our guest were very impressed with the venue. Could not have asked for a better situation and stay.
