Tropical sophistication abounds, with a hand-painted mural in the beautifully appointed great room and spacious bedrooms for a luxurious night's sleep. The gorgeous gourmet kitchen includes granite countertops, a four-burner range with a Jenn Aire grill, two dishwashers, and a double oven. There are Caribbean colors throughout the great room and dining area and access to the ocean-facing deck with Adirondack chairs and lounge chairs for your complete enjoyment. There are two main suites, one on each level, each with it is own tastefully appointed primary bathroom. You'll have two large screen TVs, as well as a DVD player and WiFi for your entertainment needs. The oceanfront location is ideal with access to the beach directly from your private pool. There is a nice shady area underneath the upper-level deck by the pool to enjoy the pool area without being in direct sunlight, great for smaller children. The hot tub is a wonderful way to enjoy the ultimate in relaxation. A screened porch adds to the many extra amenities offered. Amenities include TVs, free WiFi, a DVD player, a gas grill, a hot tub, a pool, a screened porch, and an outside shower. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not operational. The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house was just what we needed for the week's vacation. The Ocean and pool were used extensively for our stay. House was well equipped with kitchen china and cutlery as well as cooking pans and dishes. We had a couple of plumbing issues when we arrived and they were taken care of on Monday. The umbrella was a chore to raise and lower and the repair person who came for another problem said he would check to get us a new one but never saw nor heard from him again. Having the two refrigerators was a big plus for such a large group. We would stay here again. ##### mike A. We stayed here the last week of august with my in laws, 2 other adults, and our 2.5yo and 4yo. We had a great time and loved the house! The rooms and spaces were clean, comfortable and I could see the ocean from bed in the master. We had whacky weather so it was really nice having the various choices - we went to the ocean every day, the pool most days & the hottub most nights and one day! Definitely recommend this house. The ice machine and one dishwasher were broken but I assume that will be fixed and resolved shortly. Little kid details: Room off master has twin + trundle underneath, or I had a pack n play and the trundle mattress on the ground, washer dryer was big and in good order, bathtub in master was great for them! The stairs inside are wide so if you still have crawlers, you’d prob want to block it somehow. There is carpet almost everywhere which helped me feel much better about my 2yo going up and down. There’s a bench at the dining table they sat at every day, or the plastic chairs in the screened in porch, I didn’t use the clamp chairs we brought at all. ##### Kim S. Séjour de 7 nuits en août 2023
