Exquisite ocean-to-bay views are just the beginning of what is offered by this professionally decorated corner condo. Fine furnishings throughout compliment a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV and comfortable seating for all to enjoy. The convenient location also indulges guests with its breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Two sliding doors off the living room open out to the expansive wraparound balcony which offers cushioned seating, a dining table, and a coffee table - perfect for relaxing and dining alfresco while watching dolphins play in the ocean and seabirds riding the breezes. There are five smart TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The main bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a double-sink granite vanity separate from the bathing area. The main bedroom is oceanfront, so you can watch the sunrise from the comfort of the king bed or fall asleep to the soothing sound of the surf. A newly installed washer/dryer is also available for any laundry needs. Newer upgrades include a shiplap wall with heat-producing fireplace and bunk beds with pull out trundle. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. Aug 22, 2024 Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness, communication #### Multiple families and kids The layout of the condo is nice for families with younger kids - the bunk bed room is on its own hallway instead of closer to the shared space and its window is small and faces a covered hallway so there is not a lot of light shining in to wake them up. The space in general was nice - plenty of seating and room particularly when the weather is nice and the balcony can be used, and the kitchen is open enough for multiple people to use it without tripping over each other. Everyone had their own bathroom and we never felt like we were running out of space even when the weather turned ugly and we were all inside. Our big negative was the cleanliness. There was sand everywhere when we got there (it's a beach, I get it!) so we tried to vacuum ourselves and the vacuum spit sand \*everywhere\*. Aborted that plan and searched for a broom. No broom anywhere in this 4 bedroom condo. Is that bizarre? It felt bizarre. We ended up buying a broom and dustpan and leaving it in the unit because it was not tenable to just track sand everywhere for a full week. Also it was not clear how to get into the fitness center so I tried to reach out for clarity - there's no "contact the owner" option just the chat function on the website. Fun fact: that chat is not manned whatsoever. So while we eventually (days later) figured out the code thanks to a helpful neighbor, it's kind of crazy to think that if we had a bigger problem, like a pipe bursting or something, we never would have heard back. ##### Vicki M. We loved how the complex has a resort feel/vibe. Everything was incredibly convenient. Our only complaint was having 2 key cards for our group with no other way to get into condo. The location was perfect, rooms and bathrooms were great for our family of 10\. However the kitchen was not at all equipped for cooking for a family that size. With only one large pot and two tiny ones and only one cookie sheet, it made cooking a nightmare. For a minimal investment in pots and pans, this would be a fabulous condo and 5 star worthy. Although I paid for early check-in, Vacasa initially would not honor it… and would not refund my money. It took several repeat calls to Vacasa to work out the situation. We then walked into a dirty condo: unmade beds, unclean bathrooms; bugs in our cabinets; a refrig that leaked; broken bathroom accessories; limited parking; lights that would not work and (dealbreaker for us) WiFi that did not work and little to no cell phone coverage. I called Vacasa no less than 8 times during my stay and it took days for the local staff to be alerted. Most issues were resolved the day before we left. The location of an ocean front room and how little of a walk to the beach is what makes this place great. With all that said, the condo was not up to standards with cleanliness. We were told less than 24 hrs before check in that our place would not be cleaned in time. I went into the condo and spent 3 hours cleaning it upon our arrival. Jun 22, 2022 #### Terrible customer service Vacasa, condo nice The condo is nice, oceanfront and perfect for a large family. Kitchen is sufficient to cook. Wish there was a large stockpot for pasta or crab legs. After 12 hours in car with 2 toddlers, we arrived at 7pm to the cleaners cleaning the condo. To say we were upset was an understatement. Apparently the first set of cleaners never showed and when they realized it a second crew came to clean. It was 8:30 pm when we were finally able to get into our condo after sitting in the hall with all the stuff we carried up expecting to get into our condo. We were refunded the cleaning fee with no other care in the world from Vacasa that we lost the entire first day of vacation. ##### Edward M. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Alyssa B.
