There was nonstop beeping from the lobby of building A. I reported this to Vacasa 4 times. They took no responsibility and said it was a building manager responsibility, not theirs. The unit I stayed in wasn’t very clean overall. But there was a very bright exterior light just outside the condo and a gap between the exterior door and frame. This meant that thousands, literally, thousands of dead bugs were present both inside and outside of the condo. I reported it multiple times. I asked for a refund. None was given. Rental company did eventually send a cleaner to address the Dead bugs, but they just recurred again the following day. Gross. ##### Nate R.
