Had some issues with the fridge kinda smelling bad at first and the kitchen light didn't work. But it's understandable they didn't want to come fix anything as we have a pandemic right now. We had kids ranging in ages from 5 to 16 and they all enjoyed the lovely home, it's amenities and the close proximity to the beach. It was especially important that we didn't have to cross a major street to arrive at the beach since we had several little ones. Olga was incredibly gracious and easy to work with and very helpful in her suggestions. We had plenty of room to spread out and have our own private space as well as a great communal area to play card, games, watch movies and have meals together. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing family vacation. The upstairs bathroom has 2 showers in it so the kids could all get cleaned without having to wait too long, the downstairs full bath also had great water power and plenty of hot water. The outside showers were very useful to get all the sand off the little ones before we entered the house. We grilled out several nights and enjoyed the 2 patios. The master bedroom upstairs (which has a fold out couch full size bed) on the top floor shares a deck with the full/twin bunk room and all the rooms were fully stocked with extra blankets and pillows. It was the perfect home for 2 families to visit with each other. The space is perfectly set up for family time in the middle and bedrooms on the upper floor and entry floor. 100 yards to the beach and miles of beach walking.
