Our two-car garages are designed to meet building limits for two standard vehicles, with limited additional parking available in the parking lot. If you plan to bring more than two vehicles, please notify our office at least one week prior to arrival to discuss parking options.

RENTAL RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Fines beginning at $500 may be applied for smoking of any kind in or near the property.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.

4. All houses are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Guests agree to take responsibility for the home, report damages and cover expenses via personal payment or pre-purchased travel insurance.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

7. PETS are NOT permitted at this property.

8. Parking: Off-street parking is provided for 4 vehicles; 2 in the garage and 2 in the lot. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

10. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the end of the lot. A service comes and removes garbage weekly.

11. Plumbing: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.

Refunds: Your 50% booking fee is nonrefundable (unless you purchase optional travel insurance and your cancellation is approved).

Very spacious..love how modern it was.. easy access to the beach and going shopping.. love the rooftop patio looking at the ocean view… very clean.. check in was very easy.. when we had trouble with a few things we got fast replies and got things fixed asap would definitely recommend staying again

Spectacular Townhouse in a Perfect Location

We saw these townhouses last year and knew we had to stay here. Gorgeous, newly renovated townhouse. Everything was perfect. Super clean house, rooftop, hosts communication was great, ideal location and more! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Family Vacation

This was an excellent location for a family vacation to the beach. In the middle of Virginia Beach’s most popular locations, this unit was both comfortable and convenient with easy access to the beach. Communication with management was regular and helpful. We had a small mechanical problem after hours and the tram responsed within 15 minutes and solved the issue. We will definitely return.

Loved this getaway. Stayed with our adult children and their significant others for a full week. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out but and have privacy and to all get together. Loved the rooftop deck! Lots of fun playing cornhole and hanging out as a family. Kitchen had everything we needed (except a can opener). Nice to be able to park in the garage. The team was very responsive to questions before and during our stay.

We had 8 people and we all had plenty of room to spread out. There were a couple of singles that we needed a bed for, and the management quickly had a blowup bed delivered. (for a small fee, worth it).

Great place to stay!

My family and I stayed there over Memorial Day weekend. Very clean and everything was up to date. We just had to walk one block to the beach which was extremely convenient. Easy to get to any food place just by walking. It only took us 4 minutes to get to the sports complex and having our own garage parking was great! At night it could be loud but you’re on the strip so nothing we didn’t expect. The rooftop area was wonderful and could still see the beach. Overall a great experience and would book it again!
