"This was our first time at this particular, Holiday Inn express and we were very happy. We like that the location was right off the highway. We also liked that the room was large enough for a family for to feel like we were not stepping over each other, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the rate was very fair and they did have a full breakfast in the morning. The coffee machine downstairs in my opinion was one of the best surprises since it grounds your coffee as soon as you press the button. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. We were in town for a college graduation and even though this particular hotel was 25 minutes from the college. It was easy enough to get to it. One of my favorite things about where this hotel is located is that it is around 12 minutes from the Pittsford area, especially the Pittsford dairy farm, which has the best fresh ice cream and freshly baked bread. Win-win. My 17-year-old son absolutely loved the pool and used it every day we were there. Next time we’re visiting RIT we will definitely be staying at this location in Victor."

"I drove up to check in at 10:30 at night. Inside the lobby, there was no one behind the front desk, but a group of people hanging out int he lobby chairs. A woman told me I couldn't check in--there systems were down and I had to find somewhere else to stay. That's it. Thankfully, an Expedia expert was able to book me into another hotel. Thank you Expedia!"

"No A/C!!! This is a problem. It was on high the whole time we were there and it still never cooled off. We had them come up and take a look. Said the system was old and that’s the best it could do. We had to go to Walmart and buy fans just to sleep. "
