Property Summary  
The Stella 2-family holiday house offers a private swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and parking on the premises. Situated in the hamlet of Kricina, 8 km from the centers of Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski, Croatia, this vacation rental sits on a 900 m2 fenced property with plants and a sloped landscape, 9 km from the sea.  
  
Outdoors  
You can enjoy the shared use of the 900 m2 fenced property with plants. The private outdoor amenities include a seasonal swimming pool (5 x 4 m, 22 m2, depth 160 cm, available from March 15 to November 15), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue with swing, and pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.

The house provides internet access, and roofed parking is available on the premises. Nearby amenities include a shop 2 km away, a restaurant 8 km away, and a pebble beach 9 km from the property. Please note that there is an airfield located 30 km from the vacation rental.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment with a total area of 64 square meters, located on the ground floor. The living/dining room features a sofa bed (160 cm wide and 180 cm long), satellite TV, and air conditioning. From this area, you can access the terrace. One bedroom comes equipped with a double bed (2 x 80 cm, 200 cm long) and also provides access to the terrace. The second bedroom has another double bed of the same dimensions (2 x 80 cm, 200 cm long).  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers an open kitchen fully equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a shower room with a toilet. Heating is provided through an oil heating system. Outside, you can enjoy a spacious 36 square meter terrace with furniture and deck chairs. Additional amenities include a washing machine, internet (WiFi, free of charge), and the accommodation allows one pet or dog.
