Maak je hoofd dan leeg op de Blue Mind, en kom overnachten op onze houseboat, een drijvend vakantiehuis waar je optimaal kunt genieten van het gevoel van rijkdom en exclusiviteit met je familie, vrienden of romantisch met z’n twee! Deze gloednieuwe luxe Houseboat is ideaal voor een weekendje weg. Openbaar vervoer op 400m van de boot, AMS = 60 minuten. Aan de rand van Amsterdam kunt u bij ons in Vinkeveen dit unieke, drijvende vakantiehuis huren voor een bijzondere overnachting, met een prachtig uitzicht over het water en de langsvarende boten. Onze houseboat is van alle comfort en luxe voorzien: Mooi ingerichte woonkamer met lounge bank en eethoek, smart TV (geen kanalen) en openslaande deuren naar het riante terras waar u heerlijk buiten kunt zitten! Een volledig ingerichte keuken met een 2-pits fornuis, koffiezet apparaat, koelkast, wasbak en ruime opbergkasten; 2-persoons slaapkamer met een heerlijk tweepersoons box-spring bed, waar u heerlijk weg kunt dromen! Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig Tweede slaapkamer met stapelbed Badkamer met wastafel, douche en toilet; Verwarmings apparaat; Binnen sfeerverlichting (LED) Zonnepanelen Zwemtrap Prachtige ligging op het water De boot is optimaal voor 4 volwassenen. Indien je met 5 of 6 volwassenen wilt verblijven houd er dan rekening mee dat persoon 5 en 6 op de slaapbank in de woonkamer moeten slapen en dat de boot is ingericht voor 4 personen. De boot is ongeveer 35m2 groot. Het drijvende vakantiehuis ligt in een Jachthaven in Vinkeveen op 3km afstand van het centrum van het sfeervolle dorp en 12km van Amsterdam. De haven biedt vele watersport mogelijkheden, waaronder sloepverhuur, wakeboarden, en duiklessen. Vanaf de boot spring je zo in de Vinkeveense plassen voor een frisse duik of sportief zwemmen. Er zijn ook SUP boards beschikbaar voor verhuur. Vraag naar de mogelijkheden. Dit drijvende vakantiehuis is bedoeld om te genieten op het water, maar niet om mee te varen en blijft tijdens het verblijf op de plaats liggen. De houseboot is gebouwd van zeer duurzame materialen en bovendien volledig geïsoleerd voor zowel kou als warmte. Gasten hebben toegang tot de gehele woonboot. Met de boot kan niet gevaren worden. We zijn altijd beschikbaar via de Airbnb chat als je vragen hebt. In noodgevallen kun je ons bellen. VINKEVEEN. DORP AAN HET WATER. Vinkeveen, water, natuur, recreatie. Deze begrippen zijn onlosmakelijk met elkaar verbonden. Van oudsher een lintdorp in een polderlandschap, nu bekend om de Vinkeveense Plassen en de unieke structuur van de legakkers waarop voorheen de turf te drogen werd gelegd. Varen, fietsen, wandelen, eten, logeren: Vinkeveen biedt het allemaal. Beklim de Heilig Hart van Jezus-kerk en geniet van het uitzicht, fiets een rondje door de groene polder onder de rook van Amsterdam en geniet van het kraakheldere water van de Vinkeveense Plassen met sloep, surfplank, SUP-plank of kano. Of neem een duik onder water. Kortom, laat je verrassen door het dorp aan de Plassen. De Vinkeveense Plassen is een prachtig gebied om met de boot of per fiets te verkennen. Water en groen gaan hier hand in hand. De uitgestrekte polder en natuurgebied Botshol liggen op steenworp afstand. Er zijn verschillende mooie wandel-, fiets- en vaarroutes in de omgeving. Langs Rivier het Gein vanuit Abcoude fiets je door eeuwenoud Hollands landschap waar Mondriaan vele werken schilderde. Deze routes zijn te vinden in de persoonlijke online gids die u van ons ontvangt. In Vinkeveen en het naastgelegen Abcoude zijn enkele goede restaurants. Met de auto ben je binnen een paar minuten in Vinkeveen voor de supermarkt, en een veelheid aan horeca gelegenheden. Verder ligt de haven zeer gunstig ten opzichte van de snelweg A2, waardoor de hele Randstad binnen handbereik ligt. Zo rijdt u bijvoorbeeld binnen 15 minuten naar Amsterdam en in 20 minuten naar Utrecht. Op 400 meter van de boot is een bushalte. Om vanaf de boot naar Amsterdam Centraal te reizen met openbaar vervoer duurt ongeveer een uur. Je moet na de bus overstappen op een trein of metro die je vervolgens naar het centrum van Amsterdam brengt. Een auto wordt aanbevolen. Parkeren bij de boot is gratis. In de gids die je ontvangt na bevestiging van de boeking staan handige tips waar je goedkoop kunt parkeren in Amsterdam. Als je een auto hebt kun je ook met de auto naar station Abcoude (5-10minuten rijden) om vanaf daar de trein te pakken die rechtstreeks naar Amsterdam gaat in 10 minuten. Parkeren op Station Abcoude is gratis. BELANGRIJKE INFORMATIE! Lees dit aandachtig! Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. De boot is optimaal voor 4 volwassenen. Indien je met 5 of 6 volwassenen wilt verblijven houd er dan rekening mee dat persoon 5 en 6 op de slaapbank in de woonkamer moeten slapen en dat de boot is ingericht voor 4 personen. De boot is ongeveer 35m2 groot. Tussen de boot en de wal zit ongeveer 30-40 centimeter ruimte. Voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn kan het lastig zijn om een grote stap te zetten. Houd er rekening mee dat we hebben gekozen voor kleinere handdoeken als onderdeel van ons streven naar milieubehoud. Wij waarderen uw begrip en medewerking bij onze inspanningen om duurzaamheid te bevorderen. In het incidentele geval dat er onverhoopt iets niet helemaal naar wens is meld ons dat dan direct in de Airbnb chat. Alleen dan kunnen we u helpen en dat doen we met alle plezier. Daar zijn we voor :) Het hoort bij het leven op een woonboot: In verband met beperkte stroomvoorziening op de boot dient men er rekening mee te houden dat het niet mogelijk is om de kachel en beide kookplaten tegelijkertijd aan te zetten. De kachel valt dan uit, maar slaat later wanneer de kookplaten uit zijn wel weer aan. Wanneer er stroomuitval plaatsvindt kun je in de instructies en de online gastengids vinden hoe dit eenvoudig op te lossen is. Het toilet werkt met een septic tank, en er mag dus nadrukkelijk niets anders ingegooid worden dan wc papier. Mocht het toilet verstopt raken omdat er toch andere zaken worden doorgespoeld, dan worden de herstelkosten in rekening gebracht. WiFi Er is geen vaste connectie in de haven mogelijk. Daarom maken we maken gebruik van een 5G modem met een mobiel data-abonnement. Het maximum in Nederland is 'unlimited', wat in feite 10 GB standaard is, waarna we het elke keer handmatig moeten aanvullen met 2 GB per keer. 10 GB is genoeg voor normaal internetgebruik, maar zal snel opraken wanneer je zou streamen, bijvoorbeeld Netflix, of met meerdere apparaten tegelijk. Stuur ons een berichtje wanneer de GB's op zijn en we activeren opnieuw 2 GB extra voor je. Er is altijd iemand bereikbaar wanneer u vragen heeft of hulp nodig heeft. The possession or use of soft and/or hard drugs or other illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the port grounds. \- Smoking indoors is prohibited. Smoking cigarettes, vaping or e-cigarettes is only allowed outside (on the scaffolding or roof). \- Partying in/around the house is prohibited \- Please be considerate of the neighbors. Don't bother them with questions. That's what your host is there for and will be happy to help you. \- The house is located directly on the water. Use of the house and swimming is entirely at your own risk. Always keep children under adult supervision. Both Boon Vakantieverhuur and the owner of the home are in no way liable for personal injury, injuries and/or death as a result of accidents in/around the water. \- The number of guests specified when booking may not be exceeded without permission from the (co-)host. \- The tenant is obliged to immediately report any breakage of crockery or any other damage to the host. \- Tenant is responsible for loss of keys to the house. If keys are lost, the tenant is forced to install a new cylinder (approximately €400) and the costs of new keys and/or locks plus installation costs will be charged to the tenant. \- There is a handy key safe where you can leave the key when you leave. That way you can't lose the key. \- The holiday home must be kept clean during the stay. Upon departure, the house and the terrace must be left tidy, free of rubbish and broom clean. \- Do not throw sanitary towels, tampons, wet wipes, etc. into the toilet, but into the waste bin. Be careful with the amount of toilet paper due to blockage. If a blockage occurs, this must be done professionally and the costs will be passed on to the tenant. \- Please place the crockery and accessories clean in the drawers and cupboards before leaving. \- Any costs to repair damage will be recovered from the guests. \- If you have any unexpected complaints or questions, we want to resolve them immediately. So report it immediately in the Airbnb chat if something is not to your liking, so that we can help you.
