The first floor features an open concept kitchen and bright dining area, cozy living room with a 55" smart TV, a full bathroom (currently under renovation for 2026 season!), and a bedroom (Queen bed). On the second level you will find a second full bathroom (with a shower/tub combo) and two additional bedrooms (one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed and a double twin trundle bed). A crib and high chair can also be provided with advance notice if needed. The basement is finished with a second family room with a 60" TV, half bathroom, and washer and dryer for your convenience. Conveniently located about 1 mile from downtown Vineyard Haven - you are just a short bike/car ride away from the ferry, shopping, and restaurants. Want a quiet place to relax and enjoy some family time? The outdoor space boasts a brand new large deck for the 2026 season (pictures coming soon), gas grill, and fenced in yard. We all were very impressed with the house: it was super-clean with nice outdoor space and an outdoor shower. Melissa thought of little touches to make the stay in the house, and on the island, easy and super enjoyable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just minutes from Vineyard Haven and a short drive to the rest of the island with its beautiful beaches and quaint towns.
