We deeply appreciated the large bedrooms, king beds, and full household amenties. At the house we cooked, we lounged, we laughed, and rested deeply. We had a group of 8 and the two kitchens came in handy. The house was well appointed with everything we needed for the week. The beach chairs were awesome! The neighborhood is quiet and residential so not a party house, which was ok with us. We had a great time and loved the house, so please note that the following comments are meant to be constructive to help the owners with future listings. I think it might make sense to mention on the listing that the top floor bedroom is not ideal for children or older adults. the spiral staircase could be tricky and it would be very difficult to bring luggage up there. Also, the big tree over the roof of the room made noise when it was windy so may want to trim the branches touching the roof. Also not sure that the air conditioner on the 3rd floor was working, but it was pleasant sleeping at night with the windows open. Overall GREAT!!! ##### Rebecca S. Despite our size and young children (as young as 2), we found this home to be conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Vineyard Haven, a quick walk to the West Chop lighthouse and a bicycle ride to the nearby beaches. We'd recommend a car to get further afield but the bus system is pretty great too. The house was spotless and access was easy. Communication with the host was also really flawless. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it highly to any family looking for a fine vacation on Martha's Vineyard. ##### Andrew R.
