"What stood out was the kindness of the staff. I arrived 5 hours before check-in. The desk clerk suggested I do a little sightseeing around the area. But I was exhausted from traveling so I laid on a tile bench. After a few minutes, the clerk told me that the manager, a Vietnamese American, had given permission for me go to my room immediately. "

"Very nice room. Very quiet, no traffic noise despite central location. Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent inexpensive laundry service at the neighbors. I only stayed a few days but the well-equipped room would have been perfect for a longer stay."
