Offering a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with split system air conditioner, smart T.V and Wi-Fi. Main bedroom with queen bed and second bedroom with a two single beds. Don't forget to bring your boat as there is plenty of off street parking. The location of the house really couldn't get any better! You are only a two minute walk to the Vincentia Shopping Village which has a Coles supermarket and a variety of specialty stores. Collingwood Beach and the cycle/walking track is only a five minute walk away. Only minutes from the world famous Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the neighbouring town of Huskisson where you can find many trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping. There are a range of local activities to experience like dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and bike hire. Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds and this property also provides linen. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats. Maximum guests: 4 guests.
