Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite, living room, kitchenette and covered balcony with dining area and BBQ. Downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large open plan living and dining area, two bedrooms and main bathroom (shower over bath). Both living rooms have TV's for guests to enjoy. This property is in a great location next to the popular bike/walking path, close to the Vincentia shopping village, restaurants and cafes, so no need to get the car out. Imagine yourself with your favourite chilled beverage and grazing platter, making new memories with family and friends while enjoying the breathtaking water views of Jervis Bay. Only minutes from the world famous Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the neighbouring town of Huskisson where you can find many trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping. There are a range of local activities to experience like dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and bike hire. There is a separate two bedroom holiday unit above the garage which also sleeps six people. If you have a larger group you can book both! The unit is called Beachfront Unit. Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds however, this property does not provide linen you will need to bring it with you. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats. The rangehood in the kitchen had oil and gunk dripping out of it onto our cooking, the cheap cabinetry next to drawers was a bad fit so they didn't close properly and very uncomfortable dining chairs. All the beds are very low to ground so the grandparents really struggled. Also, both bathrooms only have very high waterfall showers which are terrible for kids and no hair dryer. ##### Melissa E. If you love experiencing the sight and sound of waves crashing on the beach, many birds frolicking all around in the perfect location then this is the place for you. Hedging providing great privacy from the public walkway below which provides easy access to the beach and is great for running, rides and walks. Parkrun from Husskison on Saturday mornings. This property is secluded well below Elizabeth Dr making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay in easy walking distance to cafe’s restaurants and shops. Unfortunately this also means in wet conditions you have to drive through a muddy swamp to access the property, you have to search for the right part of the house to get mobile reception and when we arrived the there was mould everywhere. Thankfully the property manager was very fast to get everything cleaned. Unfortunately we also had our first night without hot water as the thermostat had failed. It was quickly rectified. I was very unlucky with the issues we had but despite these issues we all really enjoyed the stay. Would recommend you make contact with the manager prior to your stay if it’s been wet so you can avoid some of the issue we had during our stay. ##### Keiran H. I have to say that the location of this house is fantastic, right on the footpath to ride or walk into town. As well as having Vincentia shops 2 mins walk away. The house itself is a bit tired. Our bedroom smelt a bit musty & the pillows on the couch too. However, it was clean and the space itself was perfect as we stayed with my parents who had upstairs and my family (2 young kids) were happy with our downstairs space. Overall i would recommend this house and I'd happily go back. ##### caroline c.
