Do you expect to take a shower in your hotel room?
My room was one of the smallest I have ever stayed in. I could not have the suitcase outside of the closet if I wanted access to the bed. I realized upon arrival that The shower was broken and I requested it be fixed. When I came back that night, there was no indication anyone had looked at the shower but it was still broken and never got fixed. In the morning I went to the desk again at which point they told me the shower was working. I waited for more than 20 minutes so I could prove to the manager and the maintenance guy that the shower was broken. At this point it is time to check out and they offered me no discount for the broken shower. After arguing for another 15 minutes I was able to get about $10 off of my bill. One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had and I would recommend a youth hostel for better accommodations at a more fitting price.

Don't waste your time.
We travel all over the world and rarely have any complaints. This hotel is awful. Don't be deceived by it's photo-shopped images. The staff is rude and not helpful. The free-breakfast has only a handful of item. The elevator doesn't work properly. They offer a complimentary drinks, but if your coupon is damaged they refuse to serve you. The air conditioner does not work. They control the temperature so if you don't mind sweating at night in the summer time you'll be alright. Overall, it's horrible, especially if you are a foreigner.

Great location, modern hotel
Pro's- Great location. Close to many delicious restaurants and main parks. Short cab ride away from Valparaiso. Breakfast was very good! Staff was friendly and ordered cab for us promptly when needed. Cons- Small room, bed wasn't extremely large. Bathroom was beautiful but the shower was difficult to work and the construction of the shower left water outside. You can hear the elevator shaft going up and down. Luckily the air conditioner can override it. Our room was located next to the elevator.

Buen yo te, pero algo ruidosa la habitación. Durante el día se escuchaba el funcionamiento de un motor y en la noche llegaba bastante ruido de la calle. El menú del almuerzo excelente.

Localização excelente: muito próximo à praia e a ótimos restaurantes. Próximo também de atrações noturnas (cassino, discotecas) e do shopping. Funcionários solícitos. O restaurante do hotel é bom, tanto o café da manhã como o almoço. O quarto não é muito amplo. Não consegui conectar o wi fi no quarto. Apenas funcionava na recepção e no restaurante do hotel.

Hotel justo, muitíssimo bem localizado! Limpo e bem cuidado, não se propõe ao glamour de alguns hotéis da região, mas acomoda muitíssimo bem. Tive um pequeno problema no check out com o pagamento, pois nos cobraram a diária e ao tentarmos explicar que imaginávamos que o pagamento havia sido previamente realizado no ato da reserva no Hotéis.com, as recepcionistas foram extremamente grosserias passando a duvidar de tal possibilidade, quando na verdade deveriam nos ter explicado que o contrato deles com o Hoteis.com prevê apenas e tão somente uma garantia no cartão de crédito no ato da reserva para o caso de não comparecimento.

Excelente ubicación. Muy buen trato y predisposición del personal. Sin dudas, lo mejor. La habitación era algo pequeña, pero con todas las comodidades y muy bien cuidada. Solo una cuestión que me llamó la atención. En el momento del checkout, al pagar por la tarifa acordada en Expedia ($ 2000.- pesos argentinos), me informaron que si pagaba en U$S, respetaban esa tarifa, pero que si queria abonar con Tarjeta de Credito debian sumarme el IVA (19% creo). Solo eso. Quizas forma parte de la legislación chilena pero sinceramente lo desconozco. De todos modos, muy buena experiencia. 100% recomendable

En general el hotel estuvo bien, sin embargo considero que fui engañado respecto a la tarifa que cobrarían. Una vez llegue al hotel me indicaron que adicional al precio indicado en hoteles.com agregaron impuestos que al momento de reservar no se mencionaban.
