El check-in tardío es algo complicado. Encontrar los enchufes a oscuras (las lámparas estaban desenchufadas) fue muy molesto. Y resultó que los enchufes estaban a nivel de piso, casi imposible para mi edad.

Overall it was a good stay. The breakfast staff was not that friendly but the hostess was really nice. Place was dirty on the outside/windows but the hotel room itself was clean and room service was great. Pool and gym are small but overall good. It was okay overall and would stay again but expected more for the price.

Good Choice
Great Location on the waterfront, did not realize it is connected to a large Casino, which was very nice but we do not gamble. Great Choice, area around is in the original older section of the waterfront, good restaurants near by

La habitación correspondía a la categoría y con vista al mar, se solcito garantía de alojamiento como muchos establecimientos, si hubieron cobros fueron por extras y si es chileno o no poseer el papel de ingreso al país se cobra el impuesto. Lamentamos no cumplir con su expectativa.

Very good facilities despite the restrictions of the Covid 19 pandemic situation. Breakfast is very complete and diverse. Good paid buffet on the first floor as an alternative for lunch and dinner.

There isn't any non smoker area in the casino. People without mask smoking in front of you. Terrible way to manage COVID. Breakfast terrible. Staff really friendly and the concierge staff excellent.

Location and service . The location is the best you can think of in Vinya Del Mar, just next to the shore. The hotel is beautiful with spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly and polite.

The hotel is old, the stff does not speak english, the rooms are really big but they are designed for the 60’s and 70’s, no power outlets avaiable near the bed. The balcony and toilet are very big and clean. The service wasn’t good, only in breakfast I could say it was better. Front Desk was terrible. A VIP Expedia that didn’t even mention any amenity. This is a fake VIP EXPEDIA Hotel.

Nice Hotel in great location
Nice hotel on the sea front ( road in between) and just a few hundred metres from beach. Lovely swimming pool but limited outside areas to sunbathe.

Very Nice Experience
Our first time at the Casino Hotel was an overall excellent experience. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. We had a small problem with the air conditioning but the hotel service staff was very attentive in trying to fix the issue and it got resolved. Although a relatively pricey hotel, I would recommend it as it was a great stay with beautiful sea/coast views, a nice pool area, and is a great location from which to experience Vina del Mar.

Great location and accessibility. For those that like to go to Casinos, the hotel is adjacent to the Casino Of Viña. Pool was small and indoors but you are right in front of the beach. Great room wiTh sea view! Great time and the friendly and welcoming staff is an asset of this property.

I think this hotel needs to improve on a few things in order to be worth what they charge for a room. Whereas spa area is really nice, they lack basic amenities in the room such as a simple cup of tea. Staff near the casino area was rather rude after knocking my phone off a table, that is simply not acceptable

An old hotel overvaluated
Just on my arrival I was surprised by the lack of cleaning of reception and the ancient look of the sofas at the lobby. Then I got shock by the announcement of reception desk that my room had no ocean view as it said in Expedia while booking. The only reason why I went there. The room was spacious but looked to the city. The breakfast was a buffet with old bakery the only good thing was the coffee. Water in the top floor pool was freezing, that is why nobody swimming. This is a 3 stars hotel overvaluated.

False Advertisement
When I arrived at Enjoy Vina Del Mar I had booked a Presidential Suite expecting the hardwood floors, spacious layout, ocean view, oversized balcony and modern furniture. What I received was grandma's old couch, horrible carpet and an explanation stating that the pictures shown here is from the Enjoy Hotel in southern Chile. Their supervisor offer my free breakfast to be brought to my room to make up for the mistake. I'd rather have what was advertised and what I paid for. The bathroom was possibly my favorite location of the hotel which also seemed to have the best wifi.
