There was very little service for guests, no one to help with our suitcases when we arrived or even at the front entrance. The rooms were very cramped, we could barely get around our suitcase because our room was so small.

It was not good experience it is first time I discovered that no water amended in the room when I asked for at the front desk they handed to me in my hand then second day they did not add any in the room Also my personal adapter has been taken

The location is so amazing and it is very safe. I got upgraded to a more premium room due to my original room sound/noise cancellation wasn’t great.

Very central location and friendly/helpful staff. Since it's in city center, it's very small space. After opening the luggage, I barely had room to move around. The room is clean. However, the table/interior are old, and things don't feel fresh...Cleaning crew did not clean our bathroom or refill the soap (could be just a one time thing). The place works for young couples, but probably not for families with younger children.

The location of Warwick was amazing! All major attractions were within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected but still pretty clean and cozy. The rooftop bar was closed during our visit which would have been a nice benefit but overall pretty happy with the stay! I would recommend it for sure.

So close to Brussels Central train station & the Grand Place! It was super close to a bunch of restaurants as well which was amazing. The only rough part was the air conditioning never worked in our room and it was really noisy with the window open which was the only way we could cool off.

althout not new facility, it's vey well kept, excellent location near the old center, breakfast is very good. I can in sunday and the line for the check-in was 20 min after a long drive, so they should have brought a 3rd person to help at the desk. Over all it's a place to come back to.

Overall a very nice hotel, however there was mold in our bathroom around the tub by the ceiling. The rooftop bar was not welcoming. But there are bars and restaurants all around to drink and eat at.

Fabulous Hotel
Fantastically located hotel only a few minutes walk from Brussels Central. Hotel has a lovely roof top terrace and bar, it was a bit cold during our visit but you get a great view of Brussels and it would be even better in summer time. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel overall was perfect.

Property was lovely and accommodations were comfortable. The rooftop had great views. William at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great: I was able to walk from Brussels Central Station. This is the main reason I booked; however, it is also walkable to Grand-Place and Manneken-Pis. I felt extremely safe. I would recommend and stay again in the future.

We loved our stay at the Warwick Brussels. Our room was spacious, clean and had a perfect street view! It is perfectly located next to the Central station and Grand Place.

Rooms are quite small and deserve decent redecoration and refurbishment. Bath should be replaced by shower… No refillable soap and shampoo bottles! We were not given an upgrade and a free bottle of wine! The only perk here is a walkable distance to Brussels central station.
