Good stay, excellent location,
Having stayed in another more expensive trendy hotel in vilnius on a selerate occaision i can say this hotel is on the basic side, but comfortable and good price. Id stay here again as it has everything needed and Hotel is in an excellent Location across from the station and surrounded by several shops and near restaurants. Old Vilnius only 15min walk away. Hotel Pros- Staff were friendly helpful and they left me check in very early with no problem at all!!! Large breakfast selection. Bed was comfortable. Room was warm! Maybe too warm for me but had a fan so i used that even though it was winter, hotel was a good price. Cons- room was bit worn but it was not problem for all the time i was in. Room could have been a little cleaner- the bed scarf was dirty( bed very clean though). On both nights i was woken early from nearby door slamming. My neighbours door seemed to swing freely and they seemed not to care about letting it slam loudly. This woke me both days. Coffee at reception was pricey, best go out to get it as many places around selling it. In the room i had no charge points by my bed, i had to use sockets on the desck which was a little inconvenient but not a problem. Overall id stay here again, it was comfortable clean, brilliant location, not fancy and excellent price

Budget hotel. Paid for breakfast but did not get one since it starts only at 7am, was not offered any alternatives or a refund. Noisy, old, no shower gel or shampoo, no drinking water or coffee maker, no paper napkins. The only good thing - it's close to the bus station. Will not stay again.

A clean well kept hotel just across a small park from the train and bus station. Rooms and beds in good condition and clean and safe. Had 4 th floor room at the back which had a view over the old town. Staff helpful calling taxis etc. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment there. Only negative their pillows could be better.

Hotel of choice for large tour groups making it really crowded and unpleasant to have breakfast for individual guests. Staff need to learn that a smile and friendly attitude are free and needed for hospitality business. Extremely poor wifi. Japanese sized, tiny room without Japanese amenities, and without AC. Good location for train and bus station.

Worn out rooms, no air conditioning, good location
One night stay as a family of five; booked two rooms (1adult + 1 child and 1 adult + 2 children) but got no extra bed (should have been provided for under 6 according to the hotel description). The rooms are pretty worn out, broken sink, poor utensils. The worst was the abscence of air conditioning, coupled with the heat outside (above +30) it felt like a sauna and impossible to sleep for both adukts and kids. Avoid this dump at extreme weather. The pluses should also be mentioned (and they moved the needle a bit from a complete disaster): close to the train and bus stations, walking distance to the city centre, excellent WiFi. The breakfast was good, with hot and cold dishes, nothing special. The breakfast room felt more a canteen than a restaurant. Overall a disappointing experience.

I liked this hotel because it has all what I need. I paid for city view window and got what I wanted. Hotel is close to historical part of the city. And when you fly you can see hotel from the sky as it is on the top. Inside it is a pretty typical hotel building with not much to say about. Personnel are mostly young kids but receptionists are older professional stuff. Room was clean and modern, not too small. Breakfast was also good. Airport is 10-15 minutes uber drive or there is a bus (line 1 an 2) that will bring you to airport for 1 euro.

Great place to stay, very convenient for explores of the Old town and walkable to many important places. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and caring! Rooms are clean, and breakfast is absolutely wonderful! Definitely would stay here again!

In a 4 nights stay was no service and the room was never cleaned. Of course we could have asked, but it was not necessary. It’s just strange because other hotels even with lower stars do room service every day.

In room on sink was mens hair! I told in reception,in reception women wasn't professional. She was talking with cleaner by phone and I was waiting when she give me answer about room,but she ignored me. And in the room pillow case was dirty. And no shampoo.

Hotel are currently undergoing construction, and all levels are dusty, work are in progress during day time. Will I stay once again? I will think about it.... It is very convenient to railway and bus station, and 25 min walk center.

It was ok, staff is very helpful, hotel is in transition from old to updated lots of building and decoration is going on. Hotel rooms are clean and tidy and this is very important when choosing hotel for our family. Breakfast could improve as the same selection of hot food every morning. We could add black pudding and baked beans and bacon, mushrooms also add some bakery items croissonts, bandeliu su varske, vistiena, kibinu 😉

Property is in a great location. Walkable to all attractions which is very convenient. They are currently renovating so it is a bit noisy, but overall very lovely hotel.

Property is currently under renovation but they did not close the hotel for this. They should inform this in advance as it is super noisy all day long, you cannot rest properly in your room as there is noise starting 7AM until very late. I would avoid this hotel for now. Location is convenient only if you want to be near the train station.
