This 85 m² top-floor apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Perfect for families, couples, or business travelers looking for comfortable accommodation.

\* Two bedrooms: Tastefully and brightly furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The smaller bedroom features an additional TV.  
  
\* Living room: Bright atmosphere with a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space, modern flat-screen TV, and a cozy seating area.  
  
\* Fully equipped kitchen: Open-plan kitchen with an additional bar-style dining area. Everything is provided – stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, as well as dishes and cutlery.  
  
\* Bathroom: Spacious and clean with shower, towels, hairdryer, soap, and toilet paper.  
  
\* Dining area: Directly adjacent to the open kitchen. Stylish table with space for shared meals and a view over Villmar.
