### Country house with pool 1 hour from Paris

Have a wonderful holiday in our 160 m2 house! You will enjoy the 8m x 4m swimming pool and the 2000m2 garden not overlooked.   
Our house is composed of 4 bedrooms, a living / dining room of 40 m2, a utility room and an office of 10 m2 for 10 beds.  
  
Walks, swimming and barbecues.  
You will enjoy a magnificent terrace of 30 m2 facing south, not overlooked, surrounded by pine trees, lavender and bamboo.   
  
From morning to evening, you will enjoy the sun ... You will take the aperitif well installed in the garden furniture of 7 places and will go directly to the table to enjoy your grills. A little warmth? The swimming pool heated to 28 ° C can refresh you.   
In the evening, you will contemplate the stars lying on the deckchairs.  
  
A little corner of the South in Seine et Marne.   
On foot or by bike, sink into the forest of Fontainebleau just out of the house.   
  
Easily organize longer outings to climb the rocks of Dame Jouane, visit the imperial city of Fontainebleau and its restaurants, discover the Franchard gorges or watch the birds at the plain of Sorques.   
  
The Fontainebleau sector is a unique place for lovers of hiking, rock climbing or photo enthusiasts. If you are looking to relax, you will be charmed by the natural landscapes adorned with pines, sand and rocks.   
  
Come with your Dog  
He too will enjoy long walks in the great outdoors. He will rest in his cozy niche or take a nap on the terrace.   
  
Paris and Disneyland 1 hour away.   
For your Parisian getaways, you will take the train from Bourron-Grez station, located 4 minutes by car. You will arrive at the Gare de Lyon in 1 hour flat.   
  
If you prefer the car, the A6 motorway is 8 minutes away. If all goes well you reach the Porte d 'Orléans in 1 hour.   
  
Join the famous amusement park in 1 hour by car, passing by Melun and La Francilienne 104\.
