Fish from the terrace of your cottage thanks to the drawbridge! A complete accommodation with a private fishing shed. Carp up to 23kg can be caught on a 7-hectare pond!  
For children and young people, there are outdoor games with climbing frames, a games room with foosball and ping-pong, TV, and board games.  
Shops 400m away in the village center: butcher/delicatessen/grocery store, bar/restaurant/snack bar, and bakery. Access via a pedestrian path.  
Hiking trails (on site) - Towpath along the Mayenne, Vélo Francette, 3km away. Single-story chalet - 18.5m² living room/kitchenette (filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) with a double sofa bed. and television - 5.3m² bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer, and heated towel rail - 2.2m² separate toilet - 9.5m² bedroom 1 with a 140x190cm bed - 7.5m² bedroom 2 with two 80x190cm beds and one 70x190cm bed - Wi-Fi  
Terrace, garden furniture, two deckchairs, parasol, and charcoal barbecue - Private parking alongside the chalet. FISHING: Fishing area: sink, refrigerator, assembly table, recycling, and compost

One chalet is specifically designed for people with reduced mobility: the Vairon - 4-6 people H53G010970 with an adapted fishing pontoon. From the church, head towards Laval, continue for 500m, turn left and follow the signs for Village Vacances et Pêche.
