Fish right from your cottage terrace thanks to the drawbridge! A complete package with a private fishing room. On a 6-hectare pond, carp up to 23kg have been caught!  
  
For children and teenagers, there are outdoor play areas with swings, a games room with foosball and ping-pong, TV, and board games.  
Shops are 400m away in the village center: butcher/delicatessen/grocery store, bar/restaurant/snack bar, and bakery. Access is via a pedestrian path.  
  
Hiking trails (on-site) - Towpath along the Mayenne River, the Vélo Francette cycle route, 3km away. Single-story chalet - Living/kitchen area 18.5m² (filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) with a double sofa bed. and television - 5.3m² bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer, towel warmer - 2.2m² separate WC - Bedroom 1 (9.5m²) with one 140x190cm bed - Bedroom 2 (7.5m²) with two 80x190cm beds and one 70x190cm bed - Wi-Fi  
Terrace, garden furniture, two sun loungers, parasol, charcoal barbecue - Private parking alongside the chalet.  
  
FISHING: Local fishing equipment: sink, refrigerator, fishing tackle table, recycling and composting facilities  
INCLUDED: 8 kWh of electricity/day  
OPTIONAL: Bed linen (1 or 2 people) €10 - Baby equipment (weekend €5 / 1 week €10) payable on site, upon reservation before arrival - Electricity > 8 kWh (meter reading) payable to the owner at the end of your stay - Pet supplement €4/night/pet

In the event of a drop in the water level, exceeding 1.80m at the gauge, you may cancel your stay without penalty or receive a 50% discount. The service will notify you one week before your departure.  
A room for 40 people is available for rent if you rent at least two chalets (room: €90 to €110) - upon request. One chalet is specifically designed for people with reduced mobility: Le Vairon - 4-6 people H53G010970 with an adapted fishing platform.  
  
From the church, head towards Laval, continue for 500 meters, turn left, and follow the signs for Village Vacances et Pêche (Holiday Village and Fishing).
