You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Contemporary house

This modern house is perfect for reunions with family or friends, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people.  
  
It features 3 bedrooms — one upstairs and two on the ground floor — as well as 2 bathrooms with showers and a bathtub, a home office ideal for remote work, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living room (with a sofa bed).  
  
The home offers plenty of storage space in each room. Beds will be made upon your arrival and bath towels will be provided.  
  
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The garden is currently not accessible, which explains the reduced price.  
  
IMPORTANT: We also require a €1,000 security deposit prior to your arrival as a precaution in case of damage (bank hold).  
  
Several free parking spaces are available in front of the house.  
  
Ideally located about an hour from Paris, Rouen, and the Normandy coast — including Deauville and Honfleur — this house is the perfect base for discovering the treasures of Normandy.  
  
Ideal for recharging, relaxing, and enjoying all the charm Normandy has to offer.  
  
Just 8 minutes from the highway, train station, and all amenities (shopping centers, cinema, golf course, swimming pool, castles…). The house is located 18 km from Giverny.
