The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 234 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It comprises a lovely 54 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 11,901 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
Ground floor:  
\- 54 m² living room with TV and fireplace   
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Living room with desk area  
\- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room  
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 3: with king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room  
\- Bedroom 4: with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 5: with a double bed (140×190) and two single beds  
\- A bathroom with bath and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A private 12m×5.5m unheated swimming pool open from June to September.  
\- A beautiful 11,901 m² unfenced garden   
\- A 48 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market.

\- Water skiing nearby  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. This is a covered porch with no partitioning for 5 or 6 cars.

\- Nearest train station: Fumel station, about 23 minutes by car.  
\- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport, about 1 hour 37 minutes by car.

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour. La maison est magnifique avec une vue époustouflante sur le fleuve et une piscine tres agréable. On s'y sent vraiment comment à la maison.
