Ville Haute Vacation Packages

The hotel was in a good location and the bus stop was right outside of the hotel. The room was clean, the staff were helpful and our room was upgraded due to an event that was taking place at the hotel. We had a nice view from the balcony and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby looked very nice. However, we were placed on a floor where there was tape and sheets on the floor and it wasn’t presentable for guests; it looked neglected and that they were in the middle of renovations. We shouldn’t have had this outside of our door; attention to detail matters. The upgrade didn’t come across this way due to how the corridor looked as well as the room which just looked standard. It came across that the hotel had overbooked/ assigned our original room to the guests who were at the hotel for a specific event. There was only one side table by the bed, therefore I had to use the chair in order to connect my devices and have them near to me. There was no air con in this room which was quite surprising. A manual fan was provided but did not help to keep the room cool as the room already had lots of hot air. The hotel is in a convenient location; however needs to improve in the areas outlined.

Great hotel for a good price. Not the best area of Luxembourg but the trams are free and it’s only three stops to the centre, which is lovely.

The only (slight) complaint we could have was that our son could only use the thermal pool and not the swimming pool. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much
