Casa Eloy sleeps up to 10 guests, and two baby cots are available, ideal for large families or groups travelling together. The house features five double bedrooms, three spacious bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a generous living room for relaxing together and a large dining area with seating for up to 12\. One of Casa Eloy’s standout features - rare in Asturias - is that the pool can be enjoyed year-round. Even in summer, when the sea is wonderfully refreshing (typically around 20 - 22°C) and unheated pools can feel cool, the heated pool (28°C) offers comfortable swimming at any time of day. The property sits on a fully fenced private garden of over 2,000 m², offering space, privacy and peace of mind.
