"They placed us in a room near where they were having a party. It was 12 at night and we couldn't sleep. We were about to leave the hotel at that time to go look for another one because we had some cardiology exams at 6:00 a.m. A total disaster. They did not respect the tranquility of the guest"

"Great place but they have to fix the issue with the water. First day it was normal, but after the rain it was like sewage water. The people that work here are EXCELLENT. The actual hotel is beautiful. The ambiance is amazing. It's just the plumbing has to be fixed or they have to be prepared to refund guests. They will keep your money regardless of what malfunctions.
